Maren ( maren@fatlosslifestyle.com ) dropped her overall body-fat% from 30.7% down to 19%. She lost 18.2 lbs. of fat while gaining 10.17lbs. of muscle. She lost an amazing 4 9/16 inches off her buns, 3 10/16 inches off her waist (at naval), and 2 15/16 inches off her hips, 9/16 inches off of each arm, and 1 ½ inches off of each thigh. She is a professional dancer and has noticed the ability to do more challenging athletic movements with greater ease in her routines. Her confidence and energy is spilling over into her professional life.

Maren graduated from my unique 12 week “LIFE / STYLE” program and has been able to improve her body by duplicating the system on her own. She has a very demanding schedule of teaching students and traveling abroad for her competitions. Working with Darin has allowed me to achieve all the physical body goals I set for myself, AND then some.  I've been told for 30+ years that my shape was genetic and I'd just have smaller and larger versions of the same pear shaped theme.  I CHANGED THAT! and that wasn't one of my actual goals!  I no longer feel pear shaped and I LOVE it.  Yippee!

There are so many spill over benefits to the work I started with Darin 5 months ago, I could fill an entire page.  To mention just a one... I am a professional competitive dancer and the difference in my ability, and agility, is greater than I could have imagined.  

Because of the tangible results I got from Darin's efficient and effective program, I decided to adapt his approach and apply it  to other areas of my life where I have goals (like my business, my relationship and my newest venture ...putting on Swing City Chicago, a national dance event here in the Chicago area.)  Just like with my body, I'm seeing exciting, on going changes and improvements in each area.  

I feel honored to have met and had the opportunity to work with Darin.  He is one of the people who inspires me to really go for it in life!
