I want to start out by saying that this program WORKS! It's no mystery, there are no tricks, and it is much simpler than you can ever imagine. The only thing you really need is the mindset that now is the time to make a change in your life. Now is the time to look better than you have ever looked before. Before picking Darin I consulted with numerous other "trainers" but after meeting Darin I realized that he is not like the others, he is not just a "trainer", he is a life coach.
It is as simple as this: resistance training with Darin twice a week, 45 minutes of cardio work (2 or 3 times per week on my own), follow Darin's precise athletic food program to the best of my ability and keep food logs. That was all I did and by keeping the food logs I not only followed what he told me but learned it and applied it in order to live a healthier lifestyle.
By following Darin's program precisely, in 6 weeks, I am closer to my fitness goals than I have ever been. His motivational material and his outlook on life is just so refreshing. I make the hour trip to Orland Park 2 times a week for resistance training, and it is definitely worth it.
