After deciding to join Elite Physiques 12 week program, Darin put together a meal & cardio plan for me to follow, and I trained resistance twice a week with a trainer. Doing this was one of the best choices I've ever made in my life.  Darin changed my way of thinking on eating and exercising.  My mind and way of living had to be reprogrammed from the hundreds of weight loss articles I had read over the years.  Darin summed it all up for me in one hour, and gave me a step by step sheet to follow.  From there, I gained the motivation to finally stick with something that made the best sense I had heard in my entire life.  If you would have told me that I would transform my body and my life with four hours of exercise per week, I would have called you a liar. But now I can see that it is possible, because I did it. Now that my confidence, body and self image are sky high, I am much more energetic and successful in all the other area's of my life.

Darin, you are the best, and I cannot thank you enough.

In 12 weeks, Dalia Israel (dalia@fatlosslifestyle.com) dropped her overall body fat % from 39.3% to 21.75%. She lost 39.42.bs. of fat and gained 13.57 lbs. of muscle. She lost 7 1/8 inches off her waist at the naval, 3 1/8 inches off her bun/hips, two inches off each thigh, and 15/16 inch off each arm. She trained twice per week with resistance (once with me and once with Cordell Lewis), and did two 45 min. cardio sessions per week on her own.

Dalia followed our precise athletic nutrition program very closely. She also followed through on the mental visualization part of our program by focusing on her goals and commitment sheet daily. Congrats to Dalia for changing her body and her life. We are very excited to see to what level she takes her physique/life transformation
