Cindy lost an amazing 8 3/16 inches off her waist, 3 3/4 inches of her buns, 2 inches of each thigh, 9/16 of an inch off each arm. She lost 19 lbs. fat while gaining 5.2 lbs. of muscle. She radically transformed her body. She has graduated from our 12 week healthy lifestyle program and is now doing it on her own.

I joined Elite Physiques back in late December 2006.  The choice came easily after failing at several other attempts to eat right & lose the near 30 lbs of weight I had gained after quitting smoking.  Darin responded to my emailed request on information, and quickly had me come in for a consultation with him.  After deciding to join Elite Physiques 12 week program, he put together a meal & cardio plan for me to follow, and I trained with Cordell twice a week.  Doing this was one of the best choices I've ever made in my life.  Darin changed my way of thinking on eating and exercising.  My mind and way of living had to be reprogrammed from the hundreds of weight loss articles I had read over the years.  Darin summed it all up for me in one hour, and gave me a step by step sheet to follow.  From there, I gained the motivation to finally stick with something that made the best sense I had heard in years.  Training with Cordell was always great.  He always pushed me to do get those last few reps in because he knew I could do it.  He has the greatest personality and always has a great outlook on life.  Each hour of training I spent with Cordell flew by so quickly that I was surprised when it was time to leave.  Exercising has never been more fun for me!  I am going to make the attempt to keep going on my own, but may go back if I feel I cannot do it alone.  I now enjoy exercising so much that I am considering pursuing it further as a career.  I never would have gained the confidence or strength without Darin & Cordell at Elite Physiques.  You guys are the best, and I cannot thank you enough!
