



Bob took his overall body-fat % from 21.3% to 9.3%. He lost 4 3/16 inches off his waist while gaining 15/16 inches on his arms. He lost an awesome 24.77 lbs. of fat, while gaining 10.77 lbs. of muscle. In the process, 4 3/16 inches melted off his waist and he gained a wash-board, rock hard mid-section. Bob did an incredible job following the prescribed work-outs (Two sixty minute weight sessions, and two or three 45 min. interval sessions per week) and precise nutrition plan.
