Audrius Gudanavicius took his body-fat % from 18.15% ( 11/23/04 ) to 9.9% ( 3/25/05 ). He lost 4 and 6/16 inches off his waist, and 17.69 lbs. of fat, and gained 4.79 lbs. of muscle. His arms are 11/16 inch bigger.
