One-On-One Personal Training

Two 60 minute resistance sessions per week for 12 weeks is all that is needed for anyone to get in the best shape of their life. Our unique, time efficient 12 Week Body Transformation Program has had over 500 graduates with over 90 incredible testimonials of people just like you who got in the best shape of their adult lives with only 3-4 hours of exercise per week.

The other components that go along with this program that assure you success;

  • Initial Nutrition Program and ongoing nutrition counseling
  • Body Composition Test and re-test every 6 weeks with before and after pictures
  • Proper Goal Setting Strategies with emotional elements

Semi-Private Personal Training

One trainer per 3 clients for 1 kick butt work-out.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions are a perfect combination of plyo-metrics, free weight exercises, functional / athletic full body exercises that are aimed at improving balance & stability, aerobic capacity, fat loss and muscle hypertrophy. We target all muscle groups, including the core.

You can do two or three classes per week. Classes start as low as $23 per class. This is the most affordable Personal Training in the Chicago land area; but most importantly you will change not only your body, but your lifestyle and your life.

On-line Training

Darin can train you no matter where you live. He has had many incredible success stories with clients from all over the world.

Darin will interview you and create an individualized plan that works specifically for you and your time constraints. Once you have the program in your hands; all your questions will be answered. You will know exactly what to eat, how much, and at what times; and all without counting calories. You will also know what and how to work out with resistance, and how to do interval cardio.

Darin’s average client loses 20 lbs. of fat, 4-6 inches off their waist, and gains 4-6 lbs. of muscle on this program.

For $1100 Darin will interview you for 60 minutes and create your precise athletic nutrition / program design. You will send him weekly food logs, which he will critique and send back to you with recommended changes and tweaks.

You will also do 30 minute phone consults at week 4, 8, and 12 to make adjustments to assure success.
