Big Kids Camp-

This camp will be designed for kids that are sedentary and at least 15 lbs. over ideal body weight. We will tactfully get participants enthusiastic about there work-outs. We will work on building confidence, self and body image. There will be a team feeling for support. There will be much emphasis on healthy lifestyle choices at home.

Athletic Intensive Camp -

This camp will be for specific sports. We will attack every angle of athleticism. Work-outs will be very intense (while staying safe) and include many sports specific exercises using plyo-metrics to improve each participant's agility, quickness, and explosive power. We will even make each work-out position specific (ex. Catcher versus an outfielder). We will attack the mental side of achievement and focus on visualizing, goal setting, and teamwork.

Healthy Lifestyles/Toning Camp-

This camp will be for your average kid. We will work with each participant on exercises, nutrition, and a positive mental outlook. Graduates in the past have seen remarkable improvement in attitude, following directions from parents and teachers, and overall social skills.

Family Camp-

This camp will be for entire families (at least one parent must participate). We will use innovative exercises so that all family members can exercise at same time. What we have found is that when entire family's focus on a healthy lifestyle program, there is a noticeably better adherence upon graduation. Give your family the ultimate gift, a healthier, more energetic lifestyle.

Busy Business Man/Women Camp-

This camp will streamline your work-out time, and take all of the guesswork out of your fitness, fat loss program. Past graduates have seen drastic improvements in confidence, self image, energy and income. Each camp:

•  Will be held two nights per week after school from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. , Busy Business Man at lunch tim

•  Will be a twelve week program and include the following;

•  Body composition test / pictures and re-test (every six weeks)

•  Precise athletic nutrition and program design with food log follow-ups

•  Commitment Sheet with goals and emotional elements

•  Client will have full knowledge of self sustaining program after completing 12 week system

•  On-line support with informative, inspirational news-letters

•  Conducted by Darin Steen or Cordell Lewis (2008 Olympic Trial Competitor/triple jump

•  Each class is $30 per work-out per participant
